Krol Corlett director, Daniel Tebay, shared his skills with the next generation of construction professionals this month when he delivered a guest lecture at Liverpool John Moores University (LMJU).
A former LMJU student himself, Daniel left the university with a degree in Quantity Surveying but has kept in touch with some of his former tutors as his career has progressed.
After returning to the city centre campus on a number of previous occasions to give a guest lecture to students, he was thrilled to be asked to give a talk on risk management to the current cohort of Construction Project Management undergraduates.
Daniel comments: “Social value and giving something back to the communities in which we operate is central to our company values here at Krol Corlett, and what better way to do that than to share our experience with students who aim to build their careers in our industry.
“Risk management is an important element of construction project management to keep site workers safe and ensure the success of the build programme and I really enjoyed the opportunity to pass on some of our expertise and experience to a new generation of future construction professionals”
