Eaton Bank Academy

A £1.5m project incorporating extensive facade replacement, roof recovering and external civil. We also delivered life safety and statutory compliance works (out of hours).

We are approximately half-way through this £3.5m project, delivering modern affordable accommodation for 383 students across 81 properties around Liverpool city Centre.

About KrolCorlett

Krol Corlett was established as Krol Corlett & Company in June 1969, a small family based company that focused on completing small traditional construction projects for a range of clients. In October 2006 Krol Corlett construction Limited was established to move the business forward and build upon the 50-year history. Our core management team now has extensive experience in both low and medium value construction contracts and a proven track record in successfully delivering schemes of values ranging from £50,000 to £5,000,000.

Arnott St Mary's Church of England Primary School

This project comprised the refurbishment of the Listed school building, involving internal demolition and alterations to form new mezzanine teaching spaces within the footprint of existing classrooms, formation of new staircase access and the construction of a new zinc clad extension over an existing building. To the rear of the building a new aluminium clad access staircase was constructed with a new landing to serve the new classroom. The building was ‘live’ throughout the construction period.

National Museums Liverpool

We worked with the National Museums Liverpool to develop their new Egyptian Exhibition Gallery space.

At the same time we delivered a new commercial kitchen, café & retail areas as well as a new teaching space transforming the previously unused Richard Foster Wing at the Museum.
