Training Policy

We have worked closely with the CITB to develop a detailed training plan and policy, and we are also undertaking management training for a number of key construction managers, a copy of our training policy is available by clicking here.

Apprenticeships

We recognise apprenticeships are essential to our business development, by investing in apprentices we aim to develop our business organically. We are currently employing 1 apprentice per year and we have a continuous apprenticeship policy which means the directors of the company have committed to ensure that we always have at least 1 apprentice employed within the business at any time. In 2013 we are hoping to recruit 2 apprentices and make a future commitment for 2014/2015 to employ 1 new apprentice every year.
